It was owned by several entities, from ChangeIP Network Operations to ChangeIP Network OperationsZZZ of Not Available, it was hosted by Internet Connect Company, CHANGEIP COM and others. While Network Solutions LLC (R63-LROR) was its first registrar, now it is moved to Public Interest Registry.
