It was owned by several entities, from TOROLA electronic spol.s r.o. nsset: NSS:EXPLORER:1 to Ing. Rostislav Jakimov of TOROLA design s.r.o., it was hosted by Savvy s.r.o, Master Internet s.r.o. and others. While REG-EXPLORER was its first registrar, now it is moved to CZ-NIC.
