Over the time it has been ranked as high as 397 199 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 18 738 position. It was owned by several entities, from OJSC Sanitarium "Krasnaya Talka" to OAO Sanatorii Krasnaia Talka, it was hosted by TimeWeb shared hosting, Shared hosting and others. While RU-CENTER-RU was its first registrar, now it is moved to R01-RU.
