It was owned by several entities, from Aleksandrs Kapustins of Aleksandrs Kapustins to Vladislav Lomako of Private person, it was hosted by Aleksandrs Kapustins, PS Internet Company LLC Network and others. While WEBNAMES was its first registrar, now it is moved to ICPS.
