It was owned by several entities, from Ayatollah Rohani Office to Seyed Ahmad Seyedi Haeri, it was hosted by Access Integrated Technologies Inc. and Tebyan-e-Noor Cultural-Artistic Institute. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.
