It was owned by several entities, from Namecheap.com to alamsyah rasyid of difu, it was hosted by Certified Hosting, CloudFlare Inc. and others. While ENOM INC. was its first registrar, now it is moved to Web Commerce Communications Limited dba WebNic.cc.
