Over the time it has been ranked as high as 269 699 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Taiwan, where it reached as high as 3 493 position. It was owned by several entities, from TANet Administrator tanetadm@moe.edu.tw to TANet Administrator, it was hosted by imported inetnum object for MOEC, Ministry of Education Computer Center and others.
