It was owned by several entities, from Compagnie Générale des Etablissements Michelin nsset: NSS:CSCDNSTECH to Compagnie Generale des Etablissements Michelin of Compagnie Generale des Etablissements Michelin, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Edgecast Inc. and others.
