It was owned by several entities, from frank klaproth to Winfried Muehl of Georg-August-Universitaet Niedersaechsische Staats- und Universitaetsbibliothek Goettingen, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Gesellschaft fuer wissenschaftliche Datenverarbeitung mbH Goettingen and others.
