Luutar.ee is tracked by us since April, 2011. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 374 999 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Estonia, where it reached as high as 202 position. It was owned by several entities, from CID:ZONE:105604 nsset: NSSID:ZONE:14957 to Luutar OÜ, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Zone Media LLC and others. While zone was its first registrar, now it is moved to Zone Media OÜ.

Luutar has a decent Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Luutar.ee is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to Google safe browsing analytics, Luutar.ee is quite a safe domain with no visitor reviews.
