Kz-cert.kz is tracked by us since January, 2014. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 1 011 899 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Kazakhstan, where it reached as high as 11 283 position. It was owned by several entities, from Ramil Bektimirov of RGP GTS to AO Gosudarstvennaya tehnicheskaya sluzhba of AO Gosudarstvennaya tehnicheskaya sluzhba, it was hosted by Indrik Ltd., AO "State Technical Service" and others. While KAZNIC was its first registrar, now it is moved to ICPS.

Kz-cert has a decent Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Kz-cert.kz is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to Google safe browsing analytics, Kz-cert.kz is quite a safe domain with mostly negative visitor reviews.
