It was owned by several entities, from kedah ind. skill & management development centre (1115/93) to RGA001221 of Kedah Ind. Skill & Management Development Centre, it was hosted by Internet Service Provider Bayan Baru Penang, Exa Bytes Network Sdn.Bhd. and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to MYNIC.
