It was owned by several entities, from Richmont Transportnuye Uslugi CJSC to The Hertz Corporation, it was hosted by AT&T Services Inc., Incapsula Inc and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to RU-CENTER-RU.
