Over the time it has been ranked as high as 205 199 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from China, where it reached as high as 15 977 position. It was owned by several entities, from 贵州省经济和信息化委员会（中共贵州省委国防工业委员会） to 贵州省大数据发展管理局, it was hosted by China Unicom Guizhou province network.
