It was owned by several entities, from Nobuyoshi Tanaka to zhuzhengkai of zhuzhengkai, it was hosted by 123server, Digital Based System Company Limited and others. While GMO Internet Inc. d/b/a Onamae.com (R43-LROR) was its first registrar, now it is moved to Public Interest Registry.
